Marshall or line 6?

hey! thankz man.. im a newbie here.. haha.. i played mainly punk/pop and some metals. i want a sound that is very solid and kind of 'trebly' and sounded more like a vintage if you know wat i mean. And budget will be below $100 can afford to pay slightly more but not more than $200

Sounds like you need to save up more. Cause you won't get anything good below $100 IMHO.

neither. i am guessing that you are looking at the marshall mg and line 6 spider. at best, they are okay practice amps. but you can get better sounding equipment for the money.

save up for something better, that will make you last longer before wanting to sell it off. like a vox ad (valvetronix) or a roland cube. 100 bucks is not going to get you anything half decent, let alone vintage sounding

there's no 'best', it's what you like to hear when you turn it on

I really really suggest you save up a little bit more and buy a Roland MicroCube or better yet, a Micro Cube RX. I have one and it's really a steal
