malmsteen switching camps

any malmsteen fans here?? he's recently switched camps. he's no longer with dimarzio now but with seymour duncan. not sure how long ago this happened but i was quite surprised lol.

haha...come to think of it...i think quite a big part of why i'm into strat-style guitars nowadays is thanks to him. big reason why i'm using dimarzio pickups also thanks to him though i'm not using his exact model hehe

same here. the image of the cream fender stratocaster with scalloped maple fretboard is so deeply entrenched in my mind as "malmsteen's guitar", i simply can't imagine him forsaking that guitar for another.

i see George Lynch as a firm ESP endorser rather than the switches he makes with other equipment...
