Hi, does anyone know where can I find this particular did piano, Yamaha NP30 / NP30s?

It would help if the shop sells at a lower price than yamaha music shop itself.

Thx!

I was in Plaza Singapura yesterday and I did not see the this keyboard. Perhaps it hasn't hit Singapore yet. Did you see it anywhere?

Sounds like an interesting keyboard. At about 6kg, it is certainly very portable.

Cheez, you back to Spore liao???

Just saw the spec of this keyboard.
it is a Graded 76-keys.
Has 32 Polyphony (same as those DGX/YPG series & some P series) ... enough meh?

was wondering how come the overall weight can still maintained so light (to be exact, 5.4kg).

Yes mingguan - got back to Singapore 2 weeks ago!

The NP series are very new. They do not have the same graded keys as the P series. In fact, I find the P series graded keys already too light for my liking (ie lower end P series) when I was playing with them in Plaza. The NP series will be even lighter than that. They call it "graded soft touch". I think it will be similar to the Roland ep series of digital pianos. This way, they can reduce the weight. I also suspect they will use "plasticky" material for the body to keep it light.

Gainax, I didn't see it in Plaza. I doubt it has arrived yet. Perhaps you want to consider the P series?

hey Cheez, thanks for your advise on getting the P series, I think I'll wait 4 the np to be avaliable so I can compare the 2 series. Or even better wait for you guys to give a review about it. :D

I like the np series cuz is light, not complicated, not too big (76keys more than enough for me as im just starting to learn), no other functions that I don't need as I just want something to play on that sounds like a piano lolz.

The price should be less than US$300 base on this guy. http://www.synthzone.com/ubbs/Forum37/HTML/015946.html

So est price should be ard SG$450, which is pretty good.
