Looking for serious and commited DRUMMER and BASSIST for a 3-piece rock band.

I'm looking for a drummer and a bassist who are interested in playing in a 3 piece band. I like the idea of a 3 piece band because all 3 players would have to step up, play big and fill in the spaces. I also prefer to work in small groups as there are fewer egos to weather.
