(wat I meant by minus one track is simply to remove the vocal from any existing song. Not to re-do the whole song w/o vocal)

dude i doubt there is a way to do this without a loss in audio quality. you can actually do this with your own computer. its some karaoke function under the settings part of your sound devices option. but it just sounds really bad

What you're asking for is illegal, for copyrighted songs anyway. Removing vocals can be pretty tough and tricky, unless you have the acapella handy to begin with. Not all tracks have the vocals right smack in the center.

I could help you out but you need to have authorisation/license from the production firm and/or composer, performer, copyright holder(s) granting you exclusive rights for minus-one. Normally if it's a formal event for which you want this done then the organiser or management team should've taken care of it.

Also, there are a few ways to carry this out and it can range from being relatively simple involving only polarity and frequencies to very complex involving digital/fast fourier transform analysis, sound programming and/or synthesis. That is why you have to be careful to whom you're paying what amount for what techniques are applied.
