looking for crash course guitar lesson

I am looking for a crash course in guitar..
I have some knowledge.. but need some guidance on some techniques.. ( i no some chords and 1 or 2 strum pattern, can play some easy songs)
hence i am looking for a crash course.. where the teacher teach me the techniques i need (eg. strum pattern) to play the songs i want...

I live in the east next to aljunied mrt.. hope to have the lesson preferably at my house..
