Locking head tuners???

This topic might have been repeated before.

But I"m not very sure whether changing your tuning heads will improve stability in tuning your guitar. And if it doesn't, what can you do to make sure your strings will stay in tune when you do insane bends on your guitar.

I'm using a Rally Les Paul, if it helps.
 
hey.. i think the problem is with the way you tie the strings to the headstock..
Rally machine head are very good quality.
You can bring it down and let us teach you how to restring. :)
 
tuning anomalies are also related to how well the nut is cut- the slots for each string should NOT choke movements when tuning.

tuners for LP-type guitar is largely supplementary; if you assess the situation & deem the tuners to be reputable/ functional, then replacement isn't necessary... 8-)
