Live music Bars

Hey guys,

know any great places in sg to relax sit down and enjoy some music with a bottle of booze?
none of those disco/grinding style... just a simple band playing some songs would be excellent.

I know about the ones at esplanade, wondering if there are any lesser known ones.

house of rock is good, ministry of rock is one helluva kickass band.

but drinks are pretty expensive there though.

You can head to Chijmes, Le Baroque. The band, Shagies, is the resident band there. Request for She's Gone! hehe... great place and band!

Le Baroque @ Chijmes is good. But recently its been too crowded and getting drinks is a pain. Crazy Elephant for some blues and House of Rock for some. Rock and metal!!

U can try Actors at boat quay if you wanna play the instrument or sing yourself. It is a jamming bar.
Drinks are ridiculously expensive.
