Hi,

Just wondering, there are so many types of lespaul models around. Which do you prefer most and why?

Do they have a specific 'tone' you're looking for?

I voted Standard. I just love the solid black finish. But honestly I like goldtops as well. Not too interested in flame/quilted tops though. Cannot paste decals!

prefer standard.. seems to me nicer.. dunnoe why.. especially the alpine white.. wahh plus black pick guard.. double wahh.. i like.. but sad dun own one

Great, see the results as custom VS standard fight.

So many voted but no one posted their views :( Hit and run!

you could take a black flamed top and paste tribal decals over it. check out mark tremonti's PRS in this live vid and you'll get what i mean =D

YouTube - ALTER BRIDGE, Gianlorenzo vi ama!!!

hard to find nice decals though for guitars, most decals that shops sell are for cars and not like music related. anyone got lobang for music stickers? haha.

as for me i voted studio. love the unfinished ones especially just look so class and love the full mahogany body.

goldtop.

i vote for custom! and supreme as well, but no option there.. cos les pauls with binding just seem so much more appealing to me.. haha i find that the headstock always looks kind of naked and very small without the binding..

of course, additional abalone bindings is also always more than welcome to add to the mojo.. haha

It looks familiar, that custom classic, shiny black with golden hardware and yellowish bindings. One of the guitarists in my church has it. Really beautiful guitar, visually and tonewise!

The tone from this thing embarasses some of the much more expensive les pauls out there...
Actually, it doesn't matter what top eh? What matters most is the sound.
