dude is that the guy who also plays for WatDeFunk at thumper? super long hair guy?

Try Rizal - now lpaying in a trio at Chico & Charlies mex restaurant.

Great latin percussionist and drummer....

The drummer at Thumpers with Whaddafunk is Misran. He's another monster, ex-Energy(with Douglas O) drummer.

Fairoz is performing at Barnone with Jive-Talking.

:D

i see! thanks for the info.

Misran is a really nice guy and real humble too. 8)

the thing i like best about his playing is that you don't "hear" it. It is so balanced, as compared to overly loud and drowning. that says a lot about his musical maturity!

Ya, he's a humble and matured drummer. He worked hard when he started( back in the 80's, we knew each other since then). I still remember Misran, Anuar(another monster drummer, ex-yamaha teacher now performing at Long Bar, Raffle's Hotel), Razak(ex-Krueger drummer), another Razak(Headwind drummer) and me used to hang out together and share alot of drums stuff and cracking our brains and practice on Gary Chaffee's books. You should check out all these local drummers, good and inspiring :)
