Kris Allan is the new American Idol!!

Yeah, Adam is really so much better than Kris. But at least since he didn't win, he's not bound by the contract that would be given from American Idol, he can sign on with anyone he wants.

lol. In my school like about half the school was watching it on the tv in the canteen. The screams that resulted when the winner was announced was simply epic. And this is coming from a guy's school.

I think both Adam and Kris deserved to win. You can't compare them because Kris is the sweet and cute type whereas Adam is the rocker. Adam could do what Kris couldn't and Kris could do what Adam couldn't.

Though I definitely like Adam more. Lol. He's very good with stage presence.

Rock star Adam Lambert has been offered his first tour a day after losing American Idol to fellow finalist Kris Allen - Gene Simmons has invited him to hit the road with Kiss.

The singer performed with the rockers onstage during Wednesday night's final in Los Angeles and Simmons was so impressed, he's offered Lambert a guest spot on the Kiss tour.

Simmons says, "Adam was fantastic. What a powerful and attractive man he is. He can come on tour whenever he'd like."

And Lambert, who was the clear favorite to win the American Idol crown, insists he's considering the offer.

He tells Extra, "That would be amazing... I would love that. That'd be such an honor."

i personally think that Adam would do better at Queen than touring with KISS.. no offence to KISS ah.

Queen has had a lack of a frontman that can really replace Freddie and it seems that Adam would suit the role perfectly.

Seriously, why super bands like KISS and QUEEN would want someone new to be in their band. For this case, Queen.

I'm annoyed to hear things like ADAM to join QUEEN. Its like QUEEN want to make use of ADAM'S popularity to boost record sales.

I think that might be one factor, but there is no denying that Adam sounded exceptional singing alongside them.

If adam is smart, he would not sign with these bands. Rather, he be a solo artiste himself or create a new rock band.

As queen and Kiss are 'diva' themselves now.

My thoughts? Adam's vocals fit perfectly for Queen. He may be a bit young, but age doesn't really apply here. I don't see anything wrong in getting someone new for the band. In fact, I think it's great that Adam is being given such a huge break if it ever happens. I would want Adam in my band too haha.
