This is interesting! Would u mind stating how much u r paying, as the market paying about S$120 3-sets per nite per musician (Weekend abt S$150).

Also came to understand that Actors is a jam bar, just a couple of suggestions as stated below:
1. Musician come in grades, spotting the good ones that came to play are pretty easy
2. Get pro/semi-pro resident band (which will costs so much more)
3. Support local band whom u can call for audition from this forum

Actors used to be an interesting place to hang out for musician last time. Still believe it can be now!
