Kaycee @ Tuck n Patti + Paul Pannodurai Xmas Show!

Wow Kaycee, can I volunteer myself to hold the touchlight?

Remember to take some pix of the backstage for us ok? ;)

Haha thanks Vincent for the shameless plug. However, I am actually Paul's personal guitar tech for the night. I don't think there's an official guitar tech for the show. Tuck Andress will probably have his own roadie but I'll be nice to rub shoulders with him as he is a great guy -totally humble and awe inspiring guitar player. Who knows he might take me on tour next time! If only :)

James, rest assured, I will take some pics for you. If you need anything signed, let me know. This is a first major gig for me as a roadie and I'm looking forward to it.

cheers,
KC

Me too!

Took a balcony seat on the second floor right next to the stage. Hopefully its a good view. See you guys around tml! Look for a botak who is making a lot of noise! Wahahha. :)

KC is probably too humble in his post. He had achieved a great deal to date and definately can stand shoulder to shoulder with most professional roadies around the world. ALL the best for today's SHOW!

Some pics of the night!
Enjoy~

The show was fantastic. Musicianship at the highest level. Tuck and Patti were the highlights but Jeremy and Paul showed in their own right, that they are class acts as well. In the end, it was a musical synergy that provided warmth and friendship

Tuck and Paul jamming at Harry's after the show. Like the Brits would say, 'it's bloody good'

Tuck Stopped my heart beating for awhile when i watched him play. tht guy is one hell of a player man! \m/!

Actually, there wasn't much 'intense' jazz at the show. It wasn't a typical jazz show where people only clap after solos - the audience was really engaged. Tuck showed he really has a world view approach towards music when he did that arrangement of Europa. Sure he's primarily 'Jazz' but his approach is not just that.

However, still boils down to whether one likes it or not. Perhaps after listening to it again, you might like it better. I thought the scat singing between Paul and Patti was priceless.
