If you’ve always been into jazz or curious to know more, here’s the opportune time to get into the swing of things. Conducted by Tan Boon Gee, the resident drummer of jazz@southbridge, the series of 8 drum workshops will touch on the various aspects of jazz drumming – from concepts and techniques to forms and structures as well as a detailed discourse on the evolution of jazz, influences, genres and crossovers. Engage in discussions, ask questions and of course, witness the lively demonstrations of the many facets of jazz.
