Jamming studio pricing

Just wanna get a feel of how much the price you will pay for a nicely renovated jamming studio with a good set of equipment.

I have nothing in mind, just wanting to get a feel of how much fellow giggers are willing to spend on something good.

Maybe with good marshall and fender guitar amps
working man / back line bass amps,
Korg trinity keyboards / yamaha motif keyboards.
Yamaha manu katche custom drums / power custom.

Not suggesting that such a studio exist but to give a feel of what is good?

Well if you want some reference take a look at fourtones. ( http://www.fourtonesmusic.com/equipment.htm )

Great equipment, big space. Only $12/hr at non-peak.

Or Beat Merchant's? Marshall amps, pearl drums, nicely renovated etc. At $16/hr.

I'd say these are the one o the few worth going to.
