J&D strat or tele copies?

Hi all, has anyone here ever tried the J&D strat or tele copies at that sports shop in bras basah that sells guitars? (sorry i forgot the name) I know they're taiwan made. They look quite good, and very cheap, something like 275 for the transparent blonde tele. But dunno about the sound lah....

dont be shy to try!!.... most importantly, make sure u feel comfortable with the neck and the playability...... the tone i just average by my standards : ) my friend has the strat it sounds pretty lofi hendrix to me hahahaha.......

J & D taiwan made ? i wanted to buy a J&D bass second hand once ... heard its made in CHINA ... but its one of china's best

Anybody got any good strat copies to recommend? how's the Aria Pro II , anyone?

I'm using a Burny les paul which i really like, but thought of getting a cheap strat to mess around with for some single-coil variety. And the mex/jap strats are outta my budget.... for now, at least

IMO J&D guitars the body like ... abit bigger than normal ... dunno how to explain it ... like when u hold a normal bass vs J & D bass ... i feel likeJ &D bass is longer and heavier ... body size abit weird ??

looking for a strat copy .... squier has one for 275 at sweeleee ... cheap n decent
