well i din really meant it as lame lame... but lame as in scenario wise.
i mean picture tis, usually its juz one step and ur tuner's activated on the board and u can easily tune in a matter of seconds, whereas for tis "gun",
ur gonna hv to plug it in to ur guitar and stuff to start the tuning all over and its gonna proly take longer then the usual time!
besides, tuning isnt really so difficult like as if u gonna hv to spend 5 to 10mins per string to get the rite note mah!
but overall its a good invention for tuners as it ... well ... saves time too but depends on where ur using it! definately not while giggging of course!
