Is it possibile to power Line 6 Pod 2.0 with 9v DC??

Is it possibile to power Line 6 Pod 2.0 with 9v DC?? I use a T-Rex chameleon and it dose not have 9v ac only 12v ac.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No you can't. As it states, you need an AC adapter not DC...

Read somewhere that the DL4 has an voltage regulator, which can transform to DC. Not sure if this is the case for the Pod 2.0

It depends

If the same voltage, using 9v DC to substitute 9v AC ... it might work (nothing should blow up)
using AC to substitute DC = not recommended (something might fry)

You won't know till you try ... but if anything burns ... don't blame me

No, the device that converts AC into DC is a rectifier. A regulator keeps the voltage at a constant value.
