Irresponsible Ebay Seller.came across before?

i saw this ad on ebay. he selling a Beatles Fender guitar,wanted to get for my boyfriend for his birthday as he play guitar in a band,got one person bid $150, i bid $160. that was in the morning, then at night i check,the page no more. the seller deleted the item. i don't know why,this is irresponsible behaviour. of course he have the right to choose if want or don't want sell, but if don't want sell then why put up?? i also don't know what to get next.need to find new present again.

He probably got his reason to do so. I don't think it is consider irresponsible. To me, irresponsible is if you bid for it and you paid for it but he didn't ship you the guitar. He probably got his reasons. Maybe he's just being a prick, but even a prick has his reason.

Isn't it bettter that he delete the item than you win the auction and don't get any reply from him? Also, he may have sold the item already and was going to remove the item. I mean we're all humans and won't possibly be 24/7 on the forums/ebay/auctions etc.. Just my two cents.

There was one time I put up an item, then I realised it was a mistake. Then I took down, but one of my bidders decided to go kaopeh to me. I sibeh tulan and then I whack her left right centre upside down.

Buyers need to know that sellers are not running a business, they are sometimes managing hundreds of goods, and can make a mistake very now and then. Most of them are out to redeem their unwanted goods for some $$ but also they are making their stuff available to the general public for a very good price at the expense of some time and effort, they are trying to save the earth by reusing things. The zhabors are the most annoying customers because they are always too fussy. (To be fair I also get annoyed at the guys who bargain too much.)

If I do not have it I simply do not have it. I cannot magically make another one appear out of my ass.
