Intro : Jun / I make those flashy visuals that appear behind musicians

Thanks man, the appreciation is always much appreciated.

I'm helping out with visuals at an event this weekend at *SCAPE. It's a bmx flatland tournament. details here...

I guess it functions as some sort of visual showcase too.
Don't usually play to House and techno, so it should be interesting for me, (i hope the DJs are nice people)
so any musicians out there wanna peek and see what my visuals look like, do come down, have a look see, and support the local riders!

Will have the privilege of performing with some interesting people this weekend,
i need to figure out a proper way of announcing events..
If you've got time to kill and want to expose yourself to the new and somewhat different,
details are at the following links.

With Mohamed Riduan (sound art type stuff) @ the substation / 27th August 2011

Thank you for the kind attention.

Wah wah thanks. I search so long never see this. Always outdated, abandonware, or don't have good Mac/Linux builds. Or damn expensive.

Crap. i should peek in here a bit more often.

For the PC, i have heard of stuff like Neon VJ, Onyx? , OPENTZT.

OPEN TZT looks promising.

if i do get another machine, it will be a windows one.

Apple's killing me with their expensive adapters.

Anyone know a pc brand that has the VGA in with the screwholes by the side?

AAAaaand also.

i plug event.

Doing some little lightshow thing with MONSTER CAT @ the esplanade outdoor theatre.
On saturday, which is today.

"Spread the love" is the 3 day event that started off yesterday i believe.

We're the 1st band up so i don't know if it'll be dark enough for the projection to show up on the band members.

But try lah.

Happy Raya and Lantern festival people.

I plug another show.

The title of the gig's INTROMISSION POLAR,
and it's under a programme by the SUBSTATION,
known as the TRIBAL GATHERING OF TOUNGE TASTERS.

Features UNDER THE VELVET SKY,
and an entity known as GULAYU ARKESTRA,
i think b-quartet frontman BANI HAYKAL is involved as a guest artist,
and i'm on duty as the visuals guy, as always.

One word to describe this gig?
PSYCHEDELIC.

Details are at the folowing link for your consideration.
