intonation on ibanez ZR bridge

hey guys.. hope this is the right place to post this :)
i tried searching a lot, and based on my findings, i tried many times to intonate my ibanez S320 guitar (after changing strings to heavier gauge). my bottom E and G strings are slightly sharp at the 12th fret.

here's wat i did, and based on all my findings, its right :D
i removed the intonation tool, and screwed it to the back of the saddle, tightly. then i loosened (but didnt remove) the saddle lock screw in front of the saddle, under the string.. then i should be able to move the intonation tool, right? to adjust the saddle. but instead, i cannot tighten it any more, as its still as tight as it was before i loosened the saddle lock. and if i loosen the tool, it just comes off...where am i going wrong? is there a video instruction or something with pics? i tried youtube but no luck.

any help would be greatly appreciated.. thanks!

Try loosening the saddle screw more. It's quite long. You can even remove it completely if you want. There's an extra hole under the saddle for you to move the saddle far far back. You might have to really turn that intonation screw a lot, because the saddle might be stuck. Same thing happened to mine.

If you're still unsure, take it to a tech.
