Importing CDs from ebay (US) and amazon

how do i import CDs from ebay (not singapore, the US site) and amazon? curious about amazon esp cos i dont have citibank so i cant use borderlinx.

and not singapore cos the ebay singapore store is extremely limited in choices haha.

do you have paypal? I buy cds off ebay (usa/ uk) every month and payby paypal. very easy. I've bght cds and dvds off Amazon and pay by POSB debit card. Very easy as well.

oh so you dont necessarily have to use services like borderlinx?

how much does shipping cost per CD usually, and how long do they take to arrive?

i just signed up for paypal and am gonna get a debit card soon haha, just have no idea how to use both. but i'll figure that out! just curious about the payment/shipping process from overseas.

OK I agree that ebay Singapore is limited in range. But sometimes when you trawl through it you can find really cool stuff. Like the other day, I managed to find Use Your Illusion I. I also found a few Roxy Musics.

So it's worthwhile to just trawl through the place for stuff - after all I'm also selling a lot of stuff over there. Thanks in advance!

u cannot log into ebay.com using your ebay.com.sg account meh?

even from within ebay.com.sg u can search international listings. eh, don't pretend to be noob lah...

get paypal singapore account. validate your account using debit card or bank account. im not sure whether now can use bank account but u can try, most prob DBS can. once u validate ur paypal account, link it to your ebay account.

this is wad u need to do. how to do it? READ THE EBAY FAQ...

u can order stuff from amazon.com using vpost. go to the vpost website, got instructions.

Nope. you dun need Borderlinx. I hv nv used it. At least not yet. For cds from ebay and amazon, you can buy them direct which I hv done countless of times and still do.

Typicaly about US$5ish to ship a cd here.

Paying by Paypal is very simple. Click to pay by Paypal, log in, confirm correct amount and that's about it.
