I'll be ordering some items from GFS (store.guitarfetish.com). Wanted to see if anyone else needs anything from there so that we can possibly share on the shipping cost. Note that GFS does not accept credit card payments from Singapore, so if you're interested I'll be paying up front via Paypal.
Here are my terms:
1) In this thread, post the specific item you need (pls don't post things like,
"hey, what's a good thing to get from here?" or "are the Fat PAFs any good?". Again, post only the specific items that you need. This will then close for any more posting of items by Sunday noon, 11-Feb.
2) No huge items. Pls don't be ordering Xaviere guitars and other big items.
3) Once I have consolidated the list of items, I'll email Jay of GFS for a quotation on the shipping cost. Note that the shipping option they provide is either Standard Air Mail or EMS. EMS is around double the price of Standard Air but is obviously faster.
4) Once quotation from Jay is received, I will post here the amount due by each member (item cost + your share of the shipping cost). I will then need you to put up 50% of the amount due within 48 hours from posting the amount due here, before I confirm the order with Jay.
5) Once shipment arrives, collection can be arranged at a central location and the remaining 50% of your amount due will be payable when you come and collect.
