Hey guys, got a few Qs..
1)where to find ibanez pd7? swee lee, davis? and how much $ ?

2)oh yeah have any of you guys tried the warwick ROCKBASS vampyre? what do you guys think of it?

thanks alot !

The rockbass vampyre was nice, haven't tried the real vampyre so can't compare. But it was a real nice bass with alot of mojo, a pretty decent bass for the price. :D

The vampyr rockbass is alil rough ard the edges for me. The neck feels slightly clumsy and the instrument doesn't feel comfy overall. Weight is lacking and the tone has a very "factory emgs/ mec" sound to me IMHO.

For the price of a warwick vampyre rockbass I would recommend an Ibanez SR bass or a Jap P bass.

I am not usre abt the VAMPYRE SN, but usually their non-rockbass stuff feels and sounds very usable.

^hmm. any other places? and wheres 'All Music'?

Its at parklane shopping mall.... go up the escalator to the second floor and presto~! its right in front of the escalator of the second floor...

The only rockbasses i'll get is the Fortress, Streamer Standard or Corvette ... won't want to bet my tone on the Vampyre ... but for that price i'd follow Ken's advice ... either an Ibanez SR series or Jap Fender ..

If you're not talking about the rockbass models, then the vampyre should cost within the 3k - 4k range like just about every warwick out there. :)
