A word of caution. Be careful whom you would give your hamsters away. I was once told about this particular person who volunteered to "adopt" a hamster posted in a pets forum. It was later found out the hamster was meant as a snack for the man's pet snake! The previous owner of the hamster (a lady) was horrified and saddened with guilt. And this is in S'pore.

its nice of u to give away adorable pets though. and i dont think there are any softies who own snakes and any who will inflict harm on the hamsters

Dude no offense, but I don't think you're in much of a position to pass that particular comment. Anyway, to the TS, just be careful who you give the hamsters away to, make sure it's not some impulsive 6 year old who'd dump the pet after 2 months.

Hah.I had two snakes as pets before.Both my brother and i found on saperate occasions.But that was when I was still in Pri Sch. One's 3 ft and the other around 2.5ft. But had to let them go as my parents dissaprove me of keeping them. Now I have 4 hamsters .Well,actually my Sis has 4 but she cant take care of em so i did. SNAKES AND HAMSTERS ARE BOTH COOL.

Be a responsible owner. Quickly spay the hamster before you have a gabajillion of baby hamsters waiting for owners.
