At first glance, I thought it to be a Grassroots James Hetfield (Metallica) signature model. But after searching the web, I found that the Hetfield model had a very different neck and headstock. Was fooled by the body shape, which looked a little bit like an "Explorer". Here's a pic of the above mentioned guitar:
Then I remembered that the skull-n-crossbones inlays are a signature specification for Kirk Hammett (Metallica lead) and searched again... VOILA!
So it is very likely that your guitar is kinda like a Franken-Xplorer. i.e. a Grassroots Kirk Hammett neck bolted onto a body of unknown origin. Hope this helps!
