From the way you posted it seems like you dont really have a clear decision on what you plan to do - you just want a general consensus from the SOFT populace about how should you spend your recently acquired 250 bucks.

By the rule of the thumb i'd say pay back any outstanding debts first. Forget the GRG cos i know you'll still go back to the prestige. And as your choice of drive to get - why OCD? For 250 bucks you can actually pick and choose something else that may better suit your drive tastes.

It's an Ibanez prestige. I'm sure it's more than hardy. Look at how Herman Li abuses his mid-level S series and his S prestige guitars. No point getting the GRG. Just take good care of your prestige when you go jamming.

But I'd agree with most others here. Settle your debts first.

whats the point of getting a prestige or other high end guitars if its held captive at home? you gotta show it to the world man, dings and stuff will come, but the memories are priceless arent they?
