I bought a RG370DX today... which cost me...

Ya. The MII Ibanez are seriously underrated by people who are bothered by where it is made from. I have a MIK RG 270 DX and truth to be told... I changed almost all the hardware (i think the volume pot that is left is original) and the paint job is..omg.. disappointing. Removed the locking nut and i see holes...... so... really.. Mid range MIK Ibanez are seriously over rated or i am just suay to get one like that...

The most important thing is that you like the guitar.

I don't know why but I get quite upset when people tell me stuff like "only made in USA is good" or stuff along that line...

I have no problems with a MII Ibanez guitar. It is well built and the electronics havent fail me yet.

MIK Ibanez is definitely overrated.

This is the underside of the MIK Ibanez rosewood fretboard. Totally y the guitar sounded bad before i changed to ebony.

Still, it doesn't mean MII is better or anything. I'm just stating that the country's original shouldn't be the decision factor of a piece of instrument. The quality of the materials, the construction and the hardwares are what you should be look for.
