Do you mean you can't figure out the notes, or you can't play it because of technical issues? If the former, I'm sure you can find the score somewhere (if not, then it's going to be transcribing). If it's the second - then the way about it is practice. Lots of arpeggios exercise.

Do a google search and see if you can find the scores. If not, it will need to be transcribed. I can do that, but at the moment, I've got no time. And transcribing can be a dangerous work sometimes - due to copyright, particularly if we if the score gets circulated in the internet. It's usually for personal use.
how do you want to be helped? if given the score can you play? then simple buy the score i can send u a link. if given the score and still cant play then like cheez said, gotta work on em chops. These guys have ... for many years.
PF's tip could work well for you. slow it down with software. It'll be great if you develop your ear so that in future you can help yourself better.
Eventually it'll be great to improvise on solos rather than cut and paste someone elses. I think the genius is in composition and improvisation vs regurgitation. but of cos when I started singing, all I wanted was to sound like Peabo bryson.??? eventually you find your own voice but i digress
and I'll be flamed FOR SURE for this, I don't care so much for the song.it's technical but not very musical(IMHO). esp. portnoy's boring fills. in the end it's just technical sequences over fairly basic progressions mixed with various odd time signatures with a sense of humour at the end. I'm sure many will love it.I sure wish I could play like them but give me the Police anytime or even meshuggah.

As to Jazzfish's feeling of the piece, I got the same feeling as well. Those arpeggiatic chops - I only do those if I want to show off quickly but has nothing new to come up with. If I want to show musicality and technique, there are lots of other things I would do other than that.

This looks interesting. Well, you can look into youtube and see how they play. from there, you can roughly know they keys. ( I tried that b4, but it takes long long time). Or you can do wat cheez say, practice your appegios chops.
Anyway, i like Jordan Rudess. But, his songs and playing are very technical ( Julliard school student + perfect pitch, of coz powerlar). Sometimes i feel if too technical, i doubt it can communicate with the listener. just my 2 cents.
Jazzfish, i also agree with you. I prefer something that contains enough technical part, but not too much. Chromatix, why don't you try learning songs from Niacin? they have a nice groove and licks.

Yeah, I agree with jazzfish. Improvising the intro and solo would make the song 'yours', Chromatix. 
Arpeggios if over used can be boring. Check out the piano solo (towards the end of the clip) of this song...my current fav...

The pianist is all out to be dissonant. Using dissonant voicings and whacking the hell out of a yamaha grand. But he sounds totally cool doing it.
