How To Make Your Own S$3.00 Hot Rod/Flap Sticks

Sure! I used red electrical tape. Haha it's cheap, a bit slippery but you could always wrap a tennis racket grip around it to make it tacky. For the butt end I used rubber chair stoppers. I'm gonna make another pair soon! Something thicker

Personally most tennis racket grip annoys me... I wrapped it around my mallets, different brands on different sets since I got the mallets at different times and couldn't find the same grip. After a while I found the grip starting to fall apart. As in, you know, the rubber just turns to some powdery-feeling surface and leaving black marks all over...

CoF: How long do the grips last on average? And what brand are you using? The grips I use on my rackets usually last 3-6 months, depending on how much I play.

Oh. Are you using grips or overgrips?

Perhaps, you could try Foam or Cloth tapes. I reckon Foam tapes would work quite nicely.

Mine is the hard rubber kind. I don't know all the terms. Anyway I'm a bit lazy to get grip. That time I was damn scared of sweaty palms when I played mallets.

HA yeah I was referring to you when I used CoF. Was too lazy to copy and paste the whole shabang, Niccccc!

Hmm. I mentioned using tennis grips to Drum_hobbyist when he was doing the rutes for Rudimental_Drummer, forgot how he responded when I told him.

Maybe I should do one, and use the Foam tape as the grip.
