how to flutter?

hello softies,i got a problem with my edge pro II bridge..i always want my guitar to flutter like Herman Li or Steve Vai,but it didn't..i know the bridge setup is not right,and i've tried many ways to make it flutter but it's still the same..i'm using an Ibanez RG370b..any tips on what i should do with it besides dumping it or taking it to the shop??thanks..

1)make sure it is floating
2)try to adjust so bridge is parallel to body
3)use as few springs as possible
4)no tremsetters or similar products

Get something more stable like the edge pro because the edge pro II might not be able to handle that much abuse. Also, get softer springs.

Get it set up nicely once and for all and don't change the string gauge after that.

must season ur springs... keep raping it until it's as loose as briana banks
