This isnt the best audio version of the song I heard. I have the album of Deep Purple (The Platinum Collection) and It sounds alot crisper so I dunno if you can tell or not.

Basically what I wanna ask, how does Steve Morse do waht ever hes doing in the intro before the drums.

nope its not. im guessing hes using quite a bit of gain cause he does alot of cool pinching thru out the song. i figured it out. Its like a kind of pinch with just a funky picking style. lol.
