How did they do this?

I want to start a local music website but I'm not pro at the skills.
This website is just for my school project, not serious one.
Teacher says do a project using blog technology (dunno how to do) so i decided why not make it on local music since i like it.

Can anybody tell me how this site manages to do the i dunno what news feed thingy, so it's easy to update the way they do or not?

Looks like WordPress.

The system is pretty straightforward to implement.
Contents, easy to update also. Just need abit of time to experiment and get used to it.
