Get the hi-hats that has rotating base. That way you can move it around so that it doesnt come in contact with the pedals. For eg Pearl's H-820W hi-hat stand. Of course the Iron Cobra hi-hat stand is ace but why pay so much when you can pay for something lesser and still serve the same purpose?
For clamps you can save alot if you get the made in Taiwan ones. There is no specific brand but I'm sure you go Swee Lee they have some.
Unfortunately I do not know the prices for the items I mentioned above.
