Hey guys Nigel needs our support!

[=kazuki

yeah i second this.. nigel and his family are friendly people. I went down once to buy an epad, and he kindly explained to me the pros and cons of the pad as compared to others. he sells a large array of stuff as can be seen from the pics, and any drummer can definitely get some nice equip from his shop!

Anyone knows if his Haji Lane shop up yet? I intend to drop by this week to check out cymbal bags and such.

Yeah you need to message Rachel before going down. The store is still not officially open yet!

I took some pictures, and basically it looks similar to the one I posted earlier but only in a smaller location. Oh and if you are coming from Raffles Hospital direction, the shop is on the other side - No. 10! The door has a tag called Drum Resources, cos' I din see any big banner they have.

A friend of mine just bought a Cherry Black Panther for $300! Do check out the snares on the website. They're going at really good prices.

A note about Drum Resources & Nigel

Hi all,

Drum Resources has indeed relocated to Haji Lane. Normal business will only resume after Nigel recovers from an emergency heart surgery he had on 4th Dec. However you can still visit the shop on an appointment-only basis. Nigel's wife, Rachel, still picks up his phonp calls while he is recuperating at home. He was discharged from hospital today.

Nigel sends his sincere apologies to all those who tried but failed to reach him. You'll hear from him here as soon as he recovers his strength.

On behalf of all non drummers heres wishing Nigel a speedy recovery.
Have yet to meet a nicer and more dedicated guy!
You drummers don't know how good you have it!

Dropped by Drum Resource with some folks yesterday ;)

Rachel (Nigel's wife) was really nice and hospitable. She gives great advice for cymbal cases too!

Yes, you will have to give Rachel a buzz to ask if the shop is open that day before dropping by. Nigel is still recuperating at home. Have a good rest Nigel. Take good care and we will see you soon, stronger than ever. :)

Organisation.

How many of u would like to go down to the outlet?

im in. if we have the numbers, we can plan our schedule and go down as a group.

looking on the bright side, this trip could prove fruitful in more ways then one.

i'd like to join in too. haven't seen Nigel since he moved out of Excelsior. It would be great to support him again at this new location.
