Help with vocal booth!!

Hello frens, I'm really troubled by the following matters.

PROBLEM 1

First of all, im not that rich. However, I refuse to surrender to my financial constraints and I've constructed a simple vocal booth by lining the interiors of my closet with acoustic foam I got cheap and some carpets. I don't have a picture at hand currently but the concept is similar to the following, only mine is MUCH (much) larger and in the shape of a closet.

HOWEVER, given the nature of my co3, noise from behind me OCCASIONALLY bleeds into the room. In order to eliminate the noise, I have considered the following options:

1) to soundproof my room (WHICH WILL COST A BOMB SADLY)

or

2) to improvise by creating panels behind me, ie:

May I know if any more experienced bros could advise me on the above? I am willing to scrimp and save up to 300+ to get it done :(

PROBLEM 2

The cooling system. I have an aircon from mitsubishi thats quiet. But there is still noise. (bros im sure you will understand). Alternatively I can switch on my ceiling fan at very very low speeds but honestly there is inadvertantly a soft hum given the acoustics of my room.

ANY SUGGESTIONS BROS? ANY HELP IS GREATLY GREATLY APPRECIATED :(

what I work with is : blast the aircon so it cools down the whole room, then have the aircon remote in your hand and and turn off before recording , then turn on again later.
