Help with paypal.

Hey guys, anyone here can help this MooMoo? I don't have a credit card, but I have a paypal account. The thing is, I need funds in there but can't use my bank account.(some reasons). Therefore would any softie help me transfer funds in? I'll pay you guys in cash. Arrangements can be made and stuff like that?
