Help with amp crackling!

Hey guys, need some help here, i'm using a Timbre strat and the Vox Ad30VT, everytime i touch the strings lightly i can hear this slight crackling sounds coming from the amp. Is this normal? Happens for all 3 pickups and i don't think the cable is the problem.

isit because the amp is not grounded?

maybe its the guitar that is not grounded.have the guitar electronics checked out.must be the electronics no doubt.

Is it something to do with it being single coils?

dont think so.but you mentioned about the sound only comes when you touch the string.so its grounding.
