Hi all,
sorry, my bad that i have gone back on my words. i have decided not to refund becoz of some doubts i have over what to buyer have said. suddenly the buyer said it was alright, in a few hours time said it was odd. one moment said it was dirty pot, next said it was faulty pot. if u have doubts, how?
b4 i left the house, i did a quick test and it was alright. the buyer did a quick test and said it was fine. when the buyer starts to play serious stuff on it, something cropped up, whose fault was it? it is diff for the buyer to justify y he is so quick to say that it was alright initially, and it is diff for me to accept that things took a sudden turn.
let me think about the refund, i also dun wanna make things so ugly as it already is. at least, from the past few conversations with the buyer, i can tell he is trying to maintain his cool by nego properly. so i dun wanna have any bad blood between he and myself. marilyn, i think we must cool it first and establish a more meaningful conversation to settle things out.
and for those who think that i m being dishonest, i m not being dishonest. if i have been trying to cheat someone, i will not even start this thread and invite trouble. i will also not put all my sale items into one thread. and i could have create another account to mislead pple, y use an account which i have been using for so long. there r 101 ways i can easily think of to cheat others, but wht for? i still got a few more stuffs i wanna sell.

Its easily solvable, I sold my pedal to someone, at home I tested, it couldn't work, but after a while it did, so I sold it, and told him if you have any problems, I'll take it back. Yeah, it did, went to get it checked out, paid for a new adapter ( problem ), everyone is happy.

ymmak u can say whatever you want.don just say sorry here actualli do nothing and i have not recvd any calls or anything else since you went back on your word and think its all ok. you also say when i try serious stuff on it then it spoilt.. if I am not suppose to play it seriously then how should I make it perform?
also when u given your word then keep it. so far i have kept mine. did i even think about it when u make requests of me to go serangoon mrt pick it up from u? did i even think about it when u ask me to go n enquire for repairs and all?
i did not. i gave in to your request and did accordingly when actually all i could do is kick up a big big fuss on soft n say u sell shitty stuff which i did not but handled in a logical way.
u din even offer anything at all like suggest to pay for half the repairs when u go back on your word for the refund. u seriously think about it. you have told me b4 u don really know how to use the wah. the problem might not even be evident to u due to your inexperience with it.
i have been really nice so far in giving in to u n running around for you and a faulty effect you sold me. why cant u at least do something to make sure someone is satisfied with the product u sell ppl. Is that your principle as a person? "now i sell you, its your problem already not mine anymore" honestly tell me what u have done so far??? i don want to give you lessons in life as thats not my responsibilty but its no way to treat a person. nothing at all but post a thread thats all.
and now to you ymmak. yes i will keep the wah since u don want to take responsibility for it.
but this is what i feel, at least have the decency to apologise to me in person for making me go thru all this just at your word and promise of if no repairs then refund. don say one thing do another. be swee lah. at least have a goodwill gesture of somekind. if all u think is just protecting yourself, you will only have yourself to hurt in the end.

i just think your r ignorant of your own gear thats all. and your attitude towards this whole issue is seriously very bad. never once did u even offered to help me get the problem fixed.
you just want me to do everything for you.

yes i am still pissed at your for going back on your word which you have admitted. don say i have inconsistencies as i have already given u a very good explanation on how your wah is faulty and done all i could to solve the problem. you are the one with the inconsistencies now as to how many times have u used the wah n admitted you are not savvy with the gear itself too in the 1st place. there are many ppl whom i know in soft here who can credit me with how much credibility i have as a guitarist and musician.
i have already said I will keep the wah nvm.
even if you have already spent the money n got nothing to return me, at least have the decency to contact me and have a proper closure to at least salvage whatever kind feelings i still might have. don say just say sorry and pocket the money and say there's nothing u can do. seriously the pedal onli exchanged hands for a few hrs. think properly can. how can anyone accept a 10/10 condish pedal to be spoil in a few hrs?

all is well. both of us has settled this properly already and am moving forward tgt as frens. so would like to leave a note here for the ymmak that he is still a responsible person for making up to me and we have agreed on how to settle this issue fairly. so pray everyone leave this ugly episode we had and hope we all are happy
