Help on Fender Tele

Does anyone know if all Fender Teles (MIJ ones in particular) have the string Ferrules at the back on the body?
Does the lack of the string Ferrules indicate that it is a fake?

String ferrules is the 6holes at the back on the body.

So far from the few mij / cij teles that I had owned, yes they all have them.

It might be a parts caster so do check carefully.

Some vintage USA models have been known to be strictly top-loaders. Not really sure which era though.

don't jump to conclusions. the lowest end model, tl-std does not have ferrules. lets have a look at your guitar to be sure.
