Ok hello guys, need some help as stated in topic.

So basically, I am planning to get a new pedalboard and I have narrowed my search down to these 4 models:
1) Line 6 Pod X3-Live
2) Line 6 M13
3) Boss GT-10
4) Korg AX3000G

I need some comparison to help me make my decision, so I was hoping you guys will be able to help =)

Some of the criteria I'm looking at are

I need a set that allows me to:
1) Jam
2) Gig
3) Record

I am looking for above average tones, not exactly super great, but nice and not too dead-sounding.

I have been looking through guitar4christ, harmony central, and some personal reviews on youtube, but up till now, I still wanna hear more, closer to home feelings, haha so yep.

Ok sorry need to edit, just read forum rules haha

My current equipment:
Guitar - Greg Bennett Avion AV1
Pedal - Line 6 Dr Distorto
Amp - Line 6 Spider III

Music Influence:
Rock/Pop-rock
Blues
Jazz
A little of metal i guess

Bands include: Miyavi, Girugamesh, Dir en Grey, GazettE, One Ok Rock, MUCC
(all jap i know haha, anyway i not looking to copy a sound, just wanna get my own =D)

Your help and attention is greatly appreciated! =)

it's abit difficult to find someone who has experienced all the fx that u've stated bro...Since most are pretty new.

The best thing to do is to trust all the youtube references and try it out yourself(although it's difficult to judge an MFX just by 5 mins of playing)

I've tried alot of MFX in the past(ax 1500, 3000G, zoom 707, G2.1u, Boss Me30, ME 50, Line 6 pod xt live)

So far I feel that Line 6 mfx is the best. So propbably the new M13 is a good bet. Nvr try before tho.

I think for the needs that you listed out. The X3L would be the best since it allows you to record thru the XLR output that it has into your board.

In terms of X3L and GT10 (which were released about 3-4 years ago if i recall correctly), i feel that Line 6 had the obvious edge there as the X3L was a real workhorse both on stage and in the studio. Add that to the quality of their effects (the X3L was better than the GT10, last i tried them) and Line 6's software, i'd go for the X3L. HOWEVER, if you have the budget and are considering the latest multi-efx (POD HD-series), you might want to relook.

I've tried POD HD vs GT-10 side by side and I felt GT-10 was much better for high gain distortion.
I've tried the mesa boogie tone on both the pedals and GT-10 was much better.
