i just bought a timbre electric guitar recently, along with MEGA GX15R amp, and of course it comes with cable. i dont know anything about the cable, brand or anything (im a newbie haha). but recently i encountered problems with it. sometimes theres just no sound from the amp, and i have to tweak the cable to get sound, then sometimes when i move i lose the sound, or ill get this loud hissing sound from the amp really loud.
its so freaking loud i just dont have time to find out the problem. its not humming from the single coils due to distortion or whatever, because i dont have distortion on.
so the main problem is that the cable loses signal. its new (or maybe its not?) so i find it kinda weird that it spoils so easily (i bought it like a week only?). i have no way to open both tips of the cable whatsoever.
so what should i do? i bought the guitar and everything from standard value. should i bring guitar and cable there to repair? or include the amp? (wa that will be fricking heavy) or just get a new cable? (but i just got a new one!) is there warranty for cable?lol.
btw the plug connecting the amp to the power supply is a 3 pin plug.
so advice from anyone? deeply appreciated. thanks! i sorry if i cant get the guitar terms right. lol
