help me comment?

I like your tone, very nice :) And your voice sounds free and easy for most of the notes.

To nitpick, a few times your pitch wavers (1:27 on first video), and the opening notes at 0:23 haven't got that perfect balance that most of the later notes have (The part starting 0:36 is really nice).

Overall is very nice :) Even though I have no idea what you're saying, it's still nice to listen to because of how you sing.

Thnks!! i will buck up on those parts..

Will put in more vid.s with hopefully clearer voices.. haha

Hey, welcome to the subforum. :)

You have a clear, non-restrictive voice, which is awesome.. I think it's a barrier most singers have, so you've got a clear go on that one.

There's some things you might want to polish on tho... Pitching, keep it stable, don't lose the key and its notes, because it's going to be a waste if you pitch-off when you could sing it out with a lovely tone. Hit the note and make sure it's clear and not fleeting into pitch hell.

You might wanna add some dynamics and some vibratos here and there to better it too; Some parts sound.. -really- monotonous. I think you could have done a way better job on Sinatra :P (you know you can too, don't be lazy! poke poke).

Looking forward to hear more of your recordings.

actually.. i am not sure how do i get the vibrato sounds.. Mainly because i am not classically trained. I was taught by a Pop vocal teacher.. Where vibrato sounds a little pas'se. However, i will try to add in more dynamics..

I heard from my teacher that the chords i played made the song sounded like a chinese pop song hahaha.. So actually its not really Jazz anymore.. (Knock my head) hahaha..

I will do a better job next time!

Thanks for the tips sage!

Yeah the piano is too jumpy and poppish. There are some wrong chords that disrupt your otherwise good singing. Try playing everything one octave lower with the following tweaks to your chords. Perhaps a more laid back legato playing would be much better.

Am7----------Dm7------------G7-------------Cmaj7
Fly me to the moon and let me play among the stars

Fmaj7-----------B7flat5---------E7
Let me see what spring is like on jupiter and mars

The chords repeat itself for the rest of the song.

I happen to appreciate pop vibratos more than classical, they're really useful with setting the right moods. :)

Given how free your voice is, the vibrato should be there already. I had another listen to 0:36 in your first clip, and you've got the shimmery vibrato right there! It's not there at the very start because there's a bit more tension.

So all you need to do to get vibrato is do what you did in that song :) With a tiny bit more tension gone I think the vibrato will get more intense. Are you able to sustain that sound (the 0:36 one) on a longer note?

sweetzx sage!

btherl.. im not sure how i did it.. lol.. Its only happens when i get that certain feeling.. Im not sure how it comes.. But when my body feels its right, then that sound will come out.. Its.. Unpredictable. lol.. Guess its caused im not trained enough..
