Help! - Buying stuff from Swee Lee

Hi dear SOFTies!

I'm looking to buy my first guitar and amp and i'm rather interested in a Squier Obey Telecaster ($400) that Swee Lee has in their BB showroom. The thing is, i read online that they kinda overprice their goods and so I was wondering if getting a guitar + practice amp + leads + guitar bag and maybe a strap from SL would be worth it.
