WAITING FOR THE JUDAS BELT... LIVE on OCTOBER 4th!!!
Heifer's new album, titled " The Judas Belt ", exploded the Aussie rock scene last month, and now you can catch them here at the Gashaus!
"The Judas Belt" marks a big step forward for the band both musically and thematically, and brings to fruition the band's promise and potential.
" The Judas Belt " explores Heifer's heavier and darker side, and sees them wearing their metal-inspired roots proudly on their sleeve. The material on the album draws its inspiration from a wide range of influences including current world events, as well as some revealing auto-biographical accounts.
2005 saw the band sign a worldwide recording deal with new label Bonza Records, and subsequently teaming up with Sydney producer Adam Barns to begin work on the album.
"It's the album we've always wanted to record" says guitarist and founding member of the band Andy Love. "It says what we want to say and it sounds how we want it to sound. Adam ( Adam Barns, producer ) was great to work with and was a real find for us."
