In my opinion, malaysia have a bigger hardcore scene. Not a wasteland indeed. but more predominantly found in kl itself.
Anyway, for the have heart show, you can call the number on the poster for tix. And during the show itself, I'm sure there's merch booths for you to get some stuffs.

For shops, you can always go ignite, straits records or contact any of the distros in singapore for example, vandalisma records, gogokillyourself distro and more.
