Feedback on staff attitude? I think i'll pass that on to Hark students to comment...(As Hark Staff, I've to honestly say we may not be the best, but our staff are definately friendly and helpful ^^)

Our syllabus focus more on Chinese pop, however we also provide individual lessons for students who wishes to explore other genres.
Our instructors will use songs the students prefer to teach them the techniques in our syllabus. Hence, we do have some students here who are into heavy metal and hard rock music.

We do not serve f&b (got plain water lah) like K-Box, but we do provide updated music and even a keyboard in each vocal room for vocal practices.
Also, we have Performing Studio @ Hark, a venue where students can get a chance to perform on a stage in front of an audience!
