Haha. on the bass day 98, regi wooten used 2 hair bands. his look more girl loh.
Mine look like victor wooten one but i thk my not good enough as i wan to b able to pull, Just like wat he did in the video with carter.
Yeah hold hand with another female softies is ok lah...Steal from gf one notti...

was just wondering? which part of the bass do u put the hairband at?
and can this techinique apply to guitars as well?

Guitar can also use the hair band becos the bass player learnt from his guitarist bro.
Basic position is place near the nut (around 1st fret)
The guitarist Regi Wooten used 2 hair band and play quite a bit of tapping stuff. Search for victor wooten and regi wooten video and you can have a better understanding.
You can buy victor wooten bass day 98 or victor wooten with carter beauford dvd.
