because this is really really a non story

but, you've got to be kidding me to actually blame the poor person for going to the US. it was part of a study trip - and be realistic it could have easily have been contracted by any other person coming to singapore from nearly all over the globe like say, japan. it's disgusting to actually blame her for going on a study trip which was conducted in the knowledge of decreased threat levels. It's more disgusting to say that simply because she was being the most responsible person she can be by seeking medical attention IMMEDIATELY and thus allowing for quicker response to the arrival of the virus
