Guitar weight issues

You know how some guitars have an uneven weight that causes them to slide down to one side? eg.Mocking bird

Are there any counter measures to fix this? Like particular straps?

I'm asking this cos I noticed that hide's guitar never slides down.

Do you mean guitars that neck-dive?

You can,
1. Tie/glue/staple a heavy brick or rock to your guitar body to counter the heavy neck.

2. Put the strap pins somewhere else. My friend had an epi thunderbird which constantly neckdives. He put removed the strap pin and installed it on the neck plate of his bass. It doesnt neck dive anymore

investing in a good strap helps. if you, like most of us, don't have the money to spend on Moody straps which cost about $200 or so, get a good Levy's strap from Davis. likely to cost you about $50 or lesser. i have a very comfortable Godin strap from Ranking which cost me $65 from Ranking. makes my monster of a Warwick seem very featherweight.

remember, it should just be WIDE, it should also be well padded.

partly why it doesnt slide off is he uses his own designed straps remember? and also the wireless unit that he used to attach to his guit im supposing it is of some weight also

and lastly, MAYBE fernandes gave him a really solid chunk of wood for signature guitars so the body side is heavier
